Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Zae mobile application (the "Service") operated by AEZAE CORP ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.
1. ACCOUNTS
When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 13, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password.
2. THE ZAE SERVICE
Zae provides a wellness platform designed to help you on your health journey through data tracking, social connection, and our rewards system.
Not Medical Advice: Zae is not a medical device or healthcare provider. The Service provides information and tracking capabilities, but it is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
AI-Generated Recommendations (AEZAE): Zae utilizes proprietary AI ("AEZAE") to provide proactive wellness guidance. You acknowledge that AI-generated content can contain errors or misinterpretations of biological data. All AI suggestions are algorithmic interpretations and must be verified against professional medical advice. AEZAE's "prescriptions" and "visions" are educational tools, not medical diagnoses.
Prenatal & Postpartum Use: If you are pregnant, nursing, or in postpartum recovery, you MUST consult your OB/GYN or primary healthcare provider before following any nutritional or physical protocols provided by the App. Zae does not provide clinical prenatal or postnatal care.
Clinical Health Records (Optional Feature): If you connect Apple Health Clinical Records or another supported clinical data source, Zae acts solely as a secure viewer and safety-aware interpreter of medical records you authorize. Zae does NOT verify, validate, or audit the accuracy of records provided by your healthcare facility, lab, or aggregator. The presence of clinical data within the App is NOT a medical diagnosis, prescription, or clinical review. Zae uses your diagnoses (e.g., diabetes, pregnancy complications) ONLY to enforce safety gates on fasting, exercise, and nutrition recommendations within the App. You are solely responsible for discussing all laboratory results, conditions, and medications with a licensed healthcare professional. You may revoke clinical data access at any time in Settings → Connected Devices, which immediately stops new data ingestion and triggers permanent deletion of stored clinical records within 30 days.
In-App Rewards (AEUREI): The Service may allow you to earn AEUREI in-app loyalty rewards based on your engagement and verified biological alignment within the Zae ecosystem. AEUREI rewards have NO monetary or cash value, cannot be exchanged for legal tender, do not constitute an investment, security, or financial instrument, and are non-transferable outside the Zae platform. We may modify, adjust, or discontinue this reward system at our discretion.
3. USER CONTENT
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
Objectionable Content and Abusive Users: We have a strict, zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You agree not to post any Content that is defamatory, discriminatory, abusive, threatening, or otherwise offensive. Users may report inappropriate content and block abusive users directly within the App. AEZAE Corp reserves the right to immediately remove any objectionable Content and permanently terminate the accounts of users who violate this policy without prior notice.
By posting Content on or through the Service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AEZAE CORP and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both United States of America and foreign countries.
5. LINKS TO OTHER WEB SITES
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by AEZAE CORP. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.
6. TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall AEZAE CORP, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of DE, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. CHANGES
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
